Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a prenup written up and ready to go for when they finally tie the knot later this year. A prenup isn’t all that surprising for two rather wealthy individuals, but what some may (or may not) find surprising is the fact that Kanye didn’t think they needed one, but Kim insisted.

According to an earlier report by The Inquisitr, Kim and Kanye will be throwing a Spring wedding in Paris on May 24. Compared to Kim’s previous wedding to NBA player, Kris Humphries in 2011, her wedding with Kanye will be much smaller and more tamed. According to the report, Kim spoke to Ryan Seacrest about what her ideal wedding to Kanye would be like:

PFW may not be over yet, but as I arrived back in London I'm quickly coming down with a serious case of the fashion week blues. This season was my very first visit to Paris, and upon arrival I realised how high the style stakes are on the streets of France.
